What a great B2B website for all marketing professionals.
It is a marketing pro’s Google – but no clutter.

Upon receipt of these words, it hit me. I had to stop and say, “thank you!” Thus far the response to BtoBbloggers.com has been overwhelming. Not in an earth shattering traffic numbers kind of way, but in a genuine, congratulatory, “atta guy” kind of way, that I never experienced in business before I registered @jeremyvictor and sent my first tweet at 5:13am, May 08, 2009.

That’s right, I only entered the world of networked communication and digital relationships five months ago. It was only after about 30 days that I realized I had long missed the boat, but I was finally glad to be getting on board and meeting everyone.

And I emphasize *meeting* everyone…really have you ever met so many people, so quickly? And built as many meaningful professional, working relationships in less time and fewer characters? Before the launch of BtoBbloggers.com, I had already established seven guest bloggers. Think about that for a moment – so in a total of about 2000 characters (counting the emails too) and with not one phone call made, I received commitment from seven very experienced and talented people to contribute to a web site they had never even seen. That’s a pretty powerful case study for Twitter. I can almost guarantee that would have never been possible without Twitter…getting even one before launch without Twitter would have been a feat.

Actually, it wasn’t until I experienced this open, friendly, genuinely heart warming connection with people on Twitter that I even believed my vision for BtoBbloggers.com was possible. So for all of you who have supported me thus far, I humbly thank you, for if it were not for you, this post would not be appearing on the computer screen in front of you. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Here’s to the future – with you.
